Inexpensive housing is available at the Ohio State University Housing North Campus dorm complex in a close proximity to all conference venues. Both single and double rooms are available for the two days of the conference (June 2 – 4). You may opt to stay in the dorms by selecting the appropriate option when registering for the conference. All dorm rooms are air conditioned. You will be provided with sheets, blanket, pillows, pillowcases, matress pad, and two towels. This is not a full service hotel, so you will be responsible for all other sundries. Dorm rooms can be reserved on the MWTCC registration page (see below). Dorm fees are $130/$65 for a single/double occupancy room, respectively.

In addition to the university dorms, participants may elect to stay at the nearby hotels. The best option to stay on campus is The Blackwell hotel, which offers a variety of single and double rooms for a reasonable price. The Blackwell hotel is conveniently located just about 10-15 minutes away from all conference venues. It is also the location of the conference banquet.

Other off-campus hotels are available in the area. Participants are welcome to contact organizers for suggestions.
