Registration:<\/strong>
\nPlease read the information below about how to register, reserve a dorm room, and submit an abstract.<\/p>\n

Registration fees:<\/strong>
\nUndergraduate\/Graduate Student: $70
\nPostdoc\/Faculty Member: $130<\/p>\n

The registration fee includes pizza on Thursday, light breakfasts on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday, and a Friday evening banquet.<\/p>\n

Lodging:<\/strong>
\nInexpensive housing is available at the Ohio State University Housing North Campus dorm complex<\/strong> in a close proximity to all conference venues. Single occupancy rooms are available for the two days of the conference (June 2 – 4). You may opt to stay in the dorms by selecting the appropriate option when registering for the conference. All dorm rooms are air conditioned. You will be provided with sheets, blanket, pillows, pillowcases, matress pad, and two towels. This is not a full service hotel, so you will be responsible for all other sundries. Dorm rooms can be reserved on the MWTCC registration page (see below). Dorm fees are $62 for a single occupancy room for two nights.<\/p>\n

In addition to the university dorms, participants may elect to stay at the nearby hotels. The best option to stay on campus is The Blackwell Inn<\/strong><\/a>, which offers a variety of single and double rooms for a reasonable price. The Blackwell Inn is conveniently located just about 10-15 minutes away from all conference venues. It is also the location of the conference banquet.<\/p>\n

Other off-campus hotels<\/strong> are available in the area. Participants are welcome to contact organizers for suggestions.<\/p>\n

Lodging at the OSU campus dorm complex:<\/strong>
\nGuests should check in at the Jones Tower<\/a> (map<\/a>) front desk. They may arrive any time after 9:00 am on June 2. Check-out time is 11:00 am on Sunday, June 4. See the MWTCC program<\/a> for parking information. The closest parking garage to Jones Tower is Lane Ave. garage<\/a> (map<\/a>). Cheaper parking options are available in surface lots (see program<\/a>).<\/p>\n
